Egypt will be represented at the highest level at the GastronomiX 2025 haute cuisine forum. Chef Essam Sayed Mohamed Nasrallah arrives in Bulgaria especially for the format, which is held within the framework of SIHRE horeca exhibition. The organizers of the forum are Inter Expo Center and the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs with the main partnership of AVA-M company.
The President of the Egyptian Culinary Association will participate in the forum, which from February 18 to 21 will unfold under the theme “The Mediterranean – a sea of flavors”, which is co-organized by the Guild of Professional Chefs of Greek Gastronomy, and Executive Chef Stilianos Dingas is joining in with all his energy.

Chef Essam Sayed Mohamed Nasrallah is the founder of the Egyptian Chefs-Red Sea Association and is a judge at LE MONDALE DES ARTS SUCRÉS in Paris and many other culinary competitions. He plans and coordinates the concept of the hall, menus, the highest level of service and equipment, manages the budget and negotiates prices with various suppliers.
