Chef Essam Sayed Mohamed Nasrallah arrives in Bulgaria especially for the format, which is held within the framework of SIHRE horeca exhibition. The organizers of the forum are Inter Expo Center and the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs with the main partnership of AVA-M company.

The President of the Egyptian Culinary Association will participate in the forum, which from February 18 to 21 will unfold under the theme “The Mediterranean – a sea of ​​flavors”, which is co-organized by the Guild of Professional Chefs of Greek Gastronomy, and Executive Chef Stilianos Dingas is joining in with all his energy.
