Maestro Instruttore Pizzaiolo Adrian Panteleev, together with Chef Gabriele Marrucci and Maestro Pizzaiolo Antonio Buonaugurio will take the stage to present their vision and concept on the topics “Low Glycemic Wheat Flour” and “Gluten-Free Pizza with Lactose-Free Mozzarella”. At GastronomiX 2025, which is organized by Inter Expo Center and the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs, with the main partnership of AVA-M, Adrian Panteleev also includes the company Delita Trade, which we will discover in Hall 1, Stand A12.

The master Adrian Panteleev has successfully completed training in two of the most famous Italian schools: FEDERAZIONE ITALIANA PIZZAIOLI NEL MONDO and PIZZA NEWS SCHOOL.
