GastronomiX will conquer the minds and senses from February 18 to 21, 2025, within the framework of the horeca exhibition SIHRE. The format is the result of the joint efforts of Inter Expo Center and the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs and will focus on Mediterranean cuisine with the theme “The Mediterranean – a sea of flavors”. Among the virtuosos who will present the subtleties of this important region for world cuisine is the vice president of Tunisia Culinary Associates – Executive chef Ameur Eltaief. Together with him, Tunisia will also be represented by Executive Chef Sambri Takouk.
The co-organizer of “The Mediterranean – a sea of flavors” is the Guild of Professional Chefs of Greek Gastronomy, and it is realized with the efforts of Executive chef Stilianos Dingas. Main partner of GastronomiX is AVA-M.
