Held for the 23rd time, the international hotel, restaurant and catering equipment exhibition, organized by Inter Expo Center, is expected to attract a professional audience of over 16,000 people to Sofia. “Tickets are on sale and are available on the platform www.iec.urboapp.com,” the organizer reports. Online ticket purchase for the key HORECA and hospitality exhibition takes only a few minutes.

In addition to SIHRE 2026, the ticket also gives access to GastronomiX – the Bulgarian forum for haute cuisine, the wine and spirits exhibition Wine&Spirits Show SPECIAL EDITION and the #Retail Show exhibition. Taking place at the same time, they will bring together representatives of important economic sectors. The DIGITAL BOX platform is also being deployed again, with a focus on AI and digital solutions for the HORECA sector – marketing, branding, online advertising, software, data analysis, etc.

A meeting with nearly 100 exhibitors and over 210 represented companies will offer the trade show with a 360-degree view of the HORECA sector. “SIHRE is expected to attract over 16,000 professional audiences, who will be presented with innovations and opportunities for business development on more than 7,500 sq m,” the organizers say, based on the interest at the moment.

From January 27 to 30, professional kitchen, bar, confectionery, catering and commercial equipment, hotel and restaurant furniture, consumables, interior solutions will be presented. The format attracts the interest of restaurateurs, hoteliers, manufacturers, traders of specialized kitchen equipment and product lines, distributors, investors, owners and managers of companies of various scales.

Along with all this, there will be 5 stages for professional presentations. They will be attended by innovators, managers, visionaries, representatives of global and innovative companies, and culinary experts. And the GASTRONOMIX high culinary forum, organized with partners from the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs, will again be a stage on which culinary experts known in the region and the world will create. Executive chef Stilianos Dingas, Chef Hristo Filyo, Executive chef Öner Çulfaz, Executive chef Ameur Eltaief, Executive chef Essam Sayed Mohamed, Meat Illusion chef George Lorenzos, chefs Lozan Ivanov and Iliyan Alexandrov, chef Gabriele Marrucci, chef Veselin Kalev and chef Vladislav Penov were among the participants in the last edition.
