The secrets of paella making will be presented by Ceylan company at the booth of Foods Consulting

Paella is a dish originating from the Spanish city of Valencia. To prepare it, you need rice, olive oil, vegetables, seafood, various kinds of meat and the world’s most expensive spice – saffron. During the exhibition SIHRE, visitors will be able to get to know the secrets of Ceylan’s magic dish at the booth of Foods Consulting.

In front of the visitors, chef Paco and his team will demonstrate how to prepare paella. Ceylan will share with visitors its 70 years of experience in the development of culinary preparations and sauces for professional cuisine.
