The International Forum will be held from 7 to 10 November at Inter Expo Center
The HoReCa sector is dynamic and is developing at a rapid pace. From 7th to 11th of November, SIHRE will gather for the 18th time at Inter Expo Center hotel and restaurant keepers and professional chefs who will discover the top-notch equipment, high technology, integrated solutions and designer concepts for restaurants, hotels and spa centers. SIHRE is organized by Inter Expo Center and the National Hotel Restaurant Cafeteria Association (HoReCa).

GastronomiX Culinary Forum
Every year, Bulgarian and foreign chefs come to meet at SIHRE. This year, SIHRE will once again become the arena of the GastronomiX culinary forum. This will be the third edition of the event devoted to haute cuisine and culinary culture.
