Especially for this year’s edition of the exhibition, the company will exhibit DROOP IN – systems for building a buffet / sideboard table with hot and cold sectors and also show cooking devices with professional high capacity for cooking directly in front of the guests. SIDIKA will also show as a separate item the made in Italy square cold top in black colour for 6 pcs GN 1/1, whose operating temperature is 0 ° C to + 4 ° C.

The company will present QUARZO worktops from quartz agglomerate with high strength and hygiene on the work surface. Due to its high quartz thermal conductivity, it produces both cold and warm working surfaces. It is normally available in black and white, but other colors can be used at customer’s request.

Synthetic stone Glo-Ray®

The second material, subject to the company presentation, will be the Glo-Ray® synthetic stone. It allows the production of combined facilities with a surface temperature of 0-4 C or up to 93 ° C. In addition, the company will also demonstrate ceramic hot plates and induction wok pan for demonstration cooking, a 4-tray ice cream maker and a sink for buffet tables, self-service for all-inclusive catering, built-in a laminated chipboard, warm aluminum buffet worktops, ceramic click clack sink waste and tempered glass, thermal blocks PRATICA and EMOTION and others.
