LAVA Bulgaria is a representative for Bulgaria of Mauviel 1830, the official sponsor of the biggest culinary contest Bocuse d’Or. At the exhibition SIHRE held from 8th to 11th November at Inter Expo Center, it will present its modern, quality and efficient products that is a necessity for any modern kitchen.
Family business since its establishment, Mauviel 1830 is a high-class manufacturer of cookware, traditionally 100% handmade. The proportions, shape and design are made in close collaboration with leading chefs. One of them is Chef Yannick Alleno.
In their catalog Mauviel 1830 presents three lines of copper vessels, three lines of stainless steel vessels, three lines of aluminum and steel vessels, and two of carbon (black) steel. The handles are ergonomic and can be grasped with unprotected hands.
