The GastronomiX Culinary Forum was officially launched

The GastronomiX Culinary Forum was officially opened on the first day of the exhibition SIHRE, November 8th. The second edition of the forum is again held within the specialized exhibition for hotel, restaurant, catering and SPA equipment – SIHRE.

“We work together for yet another year,” said in his opening speech Ivailo Ivanov, the manager of Inter Expo Center,. He also mentioned the added value of the accompanying events at the exhibitions for the food industry and the horeca sector.

Officially, the GastronomiX forum and the national qualification for the most prestigious competition for professional chefs – Bocuse d’Or ,was opened by Chef Andre Tokev, founder of the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs (BAPG) and an official jury member of Bocuse d’Or. “Let this become a very successful competition,” he wished the teams that took part in the Bocuse d’Or.

Besides the national qualification for Bocuse D’Or and the GastronomiX culinary forum, there will be held the WiFo Food and Wine Forum under the SIHRE exhibition.

SIHRE will be held in parallel with the exhibitions MEATMANIA, THE WORLD OF MILK, BULPEK, SALON DE VIN and INTERFOOD & DRINK.

From 8 to 10 November, the exhibition doors will be open to visitors from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm , and on 11 November – until 4 pm.
