From International Experience to Michelin-Starred Vegetarian Creativity
Simeon Nikolov is a graduate of the Sofia Vocational School of Tourism and the HRC Culinary Academy, and his culinary journey has taken him to the United Kingdom, California, Denmark, and Chile. He currently leads the vegetarian restaurant OZ in Switzerland, awarded one Michelin star and 16 Gault & Millau points.
