Gourmet mustards with favorite flavors will be presented to culinary experts by D&P Foods at the Bulgarian HoReCa exhibition SIHRE 2026 from January 27 to 30, 2026. We reveal more about 6 of the mustards that the team will offer in hall 2, stand B3 in the following lines.
“We will present a premium product with a fruity-spicy taste, which is achieved thanks to the mustard content,” the company shares. The qualities of gourmet mustards make them a solution with wide culinary applications.
Mustard – the universal solution
The six flavors that will be the focus of the D&P Foods presentation are from hand-selected fruits – apple with Calvados, quince with sesame, fig, strawberry, pear and red grape.
“These mustards are a perfect companion to cheese and sausage dishes, fish and tofu, for glazing meats, for sauces and dressings, for enriching burgers, terrines, pâtés, antipasti, for improving side dishes, as a spread, in game dishes, for desserts and topping ice cream,” the D&P Foods team tells us, who will reveal more to the audience from Bulgaria and abroad during their participation in the SIHRE 2026 horeca exhibition.
