Start of the preparations for SIHRE 2017

Attractive booths, numerous competitions, unique blend of tastes, aromas and culinary vision, almost innumerable new ideas for the kitchen, meetings with major names from the culinary world.

This will be the universe of SIHRE 2017, the exhibition for Hotel, Restaurant, Catering and SPA Equipment, organized by Inter Expo Center and the National Association of Hotel Restaurant Cafeteria (HoReCa), which will be held from November 8-11. The preparation for the exhibition is launched. Acknowledging an increased interest, just after the start of the campaign, the halls SIHRE are booked almost 100%.

At its latest edition in 2016, the SIHRE and THE parallel exhibitions for the food industry sector attracted more than 21,000 visitors.

Second edition of the GastronomiX Culinary Forum

This year there will be held again the GastronomiX culinary forum, which, after its first edition in 2016, has become the preferred place for chefs and restaurateurs, giving them the opportunity to see for themselves established Bulgarian and world’s authorities on professional cuisine. Visitors had the opportunity to see how leading chefs from Bulgaria, Sweden, the Netherlands, Japan, Italy and the United States created culinary masterpieces.

SIHRE will again be the place where national qualifications for Bocuse d'Or will be held. Created by the renowned chef Paul Bocuse 30 years ago, the most prestigious competition for professional chefs in the world presents and promotes the talents of the best ones in the world of cooking.

The SIHRE exhibition will be held in parallel with the international exhibitions Meatmania, World of Milk, Bulpek, Salon de Vin and Interfood & Drink.
