In the following lines we present Executive chef Ameur Eltaief, who will arrive in Bulgaria in 2025. especially for<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/1873204966422115?active_tab=about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> GastronomiX 2025<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 the forum dedicated to haute cuisine.<\/p><p>GastronomiX will conquer the minds and senses from February 18 to 21, 2025, within the framework of the horeca <a href=\"https:\/\/sihre.bg\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>exhibition SIHRE<\/strong><\/a>. The format is the result of the joint efforts of<a href=\"https:\/\/en.iec.bg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> Inter Expo Center<\/strong> <\/a>and the <a href=\"https:\/\/bapc.bg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs<\/strong> <\/a>and will focus on Mediterranean cuisine with the theme &#8220;The Mediterranean &#8211; a sea of \u200b\u200bflavors&#8221;. Among the virtuosos who will present the subtleties of this important region for world cuisine is the vice president of Tunisia Culinary Associates &#8211; Executive chef Ameur Eltaief. Together with him, Tunisia will also be represented by Executive Chef Sambri Takouk.<\/p><p>The co-organizer of &#8220;The Mediterranean &#8211; a sea of \u200b\u200bflavors&#8221; is the Guild of Professional Chefs of Greek Gastronomy, and it is realized with the efforts of Executive chef Stilianos Dingas.
