I provide to INTER EXPO CENTER my personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EC) 2016\/679 in relation to the request \/ message made \/ sent by me in a contact form uploaded in the CONTACTS section in the website www.machtech.bg (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the contact form&#8221; ).<\/p><p>2. I agree that &#8220;INTER EXPO CENTER&#8221; Ltd. shall store and process my personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EC) 2016\/679, in relation to the inquiry \/ message made \/ sent by me via the contact form.<\/p><p>3. I am familiar with:<\/p><p>3.1. The purpose and means of processing my personal data<\/p><p>3.2. The voluntary nature of providing my personal data<\/p><p>3.3. With the right to rectify and delete my personal data collected<\/p><p>3.4. That within not more than seven days after receiving a reply to the request \/ sent by me, through the contact form, &#8220;INTER EXPO CENTER&#8221; shall destroy my personal data or anonymize them in compliance with the applicable legal requirements in this regard.<\/p><p>4.
